Check and adjust the surface roughness.
4. Serious radial runout of synchronous pulley;
Check and adjust radial circular runout;
5. Dust or sand;
Avoid mixing in sundries.

7. Too much dirt falls into the transmission.

Cutting with teeth
1. Overload or excessive impact load;
Check design;
2. The number of meshing teeth is not less than 6 teeth or belt.
Check the design to make the number of teeth odd;
The number of teeth is a multiple of the number of teeth.
3. The pretightening force is too small.
Adjust preload;
4. The diameter of synchronous pulley is too small.

2. The synchronous belt runs to the retaining ring.
Adjust the parallelism and check the retaining ring.
3. The synchronous belt is cut on the retaining ring during installation.
Pay attention to installation.
Synchronization belt elongation
1. The bearing is not fixed reliably, and the center distance decreases during operation.
Attention should be paid to the improvement of the structure during installation or design.
2. Looseness of tension layer;
Replacement belt;
3. Tension wheel loosening;
Check the tension wheel, pay attention to installation;
4. Synchronized pulley wear;
Replacement of synchronous pulley;
5. Overload.
Check the design and change the bandwidth.
With back crack or band softening
1. The ambient temperature is too high.
Change the ambient temperature.
Excessive noise in operation
